The service

BorrowLinkNow lets you submit a loan request that we share with lenders and lending partners. We are not a lender or a loan broker and we do not make credit decisions. Any loan is an agreement between you and the lender only. See Rates & disclosures.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States, and you must submit only your own, accurate information. Submitting false information or another person’s information is prohibited and may be a crime.

Your authorization

By submitting a request you direct us to share your information with lenders and lending partners as described in our Privacy Policy, and you authorize those recipients to verify it and to obtain consumer reports about you.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will be connected with a lender, approved for a loan, or offered any particular amount or terms. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BorrowLinkNow is not liable for the acts or omissions of any lender or partner, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access it by automated means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
